Born on 25 July 1972, Raageshwari Loomba is a famous Indian pop singer, actress, model, television anchor and former MTV VJ. She is daughter of National Award winner musician Trilok Singh Loomba and her brother Rishabh is a filmmaker. She was born and educated in Mumbai. She came in touch with modelling in her early childhood while she worked as a child model. At 13, Raageshwari was selected by Shekhar Kapoor but couldn’t work with him. Later she debuted in Bollywood with her first Hindi film Zid in 1994. She was a brilliant child and got distinction in her Xth class examination despite having a busy acting-modelling schedule. Subsequently she appeared in David Dhawan’s film Aankhen (1993) and Akshay Kumar’s Main Khiladi Tu Anari. Recently she has recovered with a paralysis attack before participating in Big Boss Season 5.
